I have wanted to try this one out for a while, and with a “no gift” clause for our wedding anniversary, I thought this would be the perfect “non-gift”.
I bought 2 plain white mugs from Home Sense, drew on them with sharpies, and baked at 300 degrees for 30 mins.
Simply Simple!
I added a little love to the bottom of the mugs, via lyrics to our favorite songs and our wedding anniversary date.
Michael Bernard Fitzgerald is the bizzz! I saw him perform with his zillion piece band at the Open Sky Music Festival in Edmonton. He opened the weekend up and was by far a highlight of the whole weekend.

Well folks, I am finally a teacher! Scary, considering I have horrible grammar and even worse spelling, but thems’ the breaks!
After a stressful week of exams, throwing a kleenex box at an un-expectant bystander at my grad party, and loosing my shiz on the registrars lady because I didn’t have my I.D. we decided it was time to go on vacation!

It truly is an amazing island with beautiful scenery and free flowing vibe. We had good fun, with good people and most importantly saw Jack Johnson live again! Whoop whoop! It sends chills down my spine thinking of how amazing he was. A solo set, just J.J. plugged in. Opening was the wonderful Paula Fuga and John Cruz, who later joined him on stage. I am sure you have al heard of the talented Jack Johnson, but if you have not heard of Paula Fuga I recommend getting your act together ASAP. She rocks a ukulele,sings from the heart and touches your soul with every song. This is my favourite collaboration of the two!
